Butchers Reign Supreme - Full Results
Newbury Racecourse was the venue for the NFMFT National Product Competition held on Sunday 10th April at Butchers Fair Spring. The day saw 60 butchers arrive on a wonderful spring day with a total of 348 products.
In addition to the six meat product classes there were an additional three classes featuring meat & pastry products, held in conjunction with the National Association of Master Bakers, where Butchers and Bakers were encouraged to go head to head. The butchers came out tops taking all three classes for a clean sweep!
